Holly Willoughby was left sickened today after a woman showed footage of herself using pliers to pull out a cracked tooth.
The disturbing footage shows Fay Rayward using pliers to yank out a tooth after a filling fell out and left her in agony.
Despite taking antibiotics, the pain worsened and Fay was forced to take matters into her own hands after she was unable to get a dentist appointment as it wasn't an emergency, the Mirror Online reports.
Holly and This Morning viewers were left horrified after the video , which you can watch above, was shown live on air.
"I started off with a pair of tweezers and tried my husband's pair of plyers," Fay explained as Holly squealed.
She confirmed that she didn't take anything to numb the pain but said that it had been a "fruitless mission" as she hadn't been able to pull out the tooth entirely.
Fay later posted the video on Facebook and eventually managed to get her tooth pulled out by a dentist.
Like Holly, viewers' stomachs were turning at the story, with one tweeting: "The woman on #ThisMorning pulling her own tooth out is making my toes curl."
While another commented: "I feel faint thinking about someone trying to rag their own tooth out #ThisMorning."
A third wrote: "This woman on #ThisMorning is stressing me out, attempting to pull her tooth out with pliers."
