This Morning aired a hilarious backstage clip from Dancing On Ice on Monday, following Holly Willoughby's scare on the live show on Sunday.
Holly was left gasping in fear, as a fake dinosaur gave her a surprise on the show - leaving viewers in hysterics.
The creature crept up behind her and co-host Phillip Schofield as they hosted the live show, with Holly not expecting it to get so close to her.
But this wasn't her first run-in with the dino, and it certainly wasn't the funniest.
During a rehearsal for the show, Holly knew it was coming but was still left screaming and running away trying to flee her location.
Shouting "make it stop" repeatedly, Holly was shown screaming and running - and there were even tears.
In the clip, the pair were saying their lines from the autocue when she began squealing and running around, as the dinosaur kept trying to get close to her.
Phillip was in absolute hysterics, before asking how on earth they were going to be able to get through the moment on the live show given her current reaction.
She barely did get through it, despite realising she was on air so calming it down a little.
As the video stopped, Phil was seen laughing again in the studio as Holly was a little red-faced over viewers being shown the behind-the-scenes clip.
She admitted she was left "crying" with actual tears, because she was so scared of the fake creature.
Viewers raced to Twitter over the funny moment with one writing: "Holly, I feel your pain. Jurassic Park is the scariest film I've ever watched."
Another agreed: "Holly wasn’t expecting to see a big large Dinosaur in dress rehearsal OMG she was terrified."
A third added: "Omg this is brilliant. It was sooo funny last night. Love how the dinosaur puts its head on top of @Schofe ’s head."
