The This Morning presenter transformed into Harley Quinn yet again for a special episode of Celebrity Juice.
Holly took to Instagram to reveal her sexy comic book makeover.
The mum-of-three dressed up as the Batman villain for an upcoming episode of the ITV2 show.
She's dressed as the Suicide Squad character for the comedy panel show before back in 2016.
And she's sure to set pulses racing once again.
The blonde beauty looked the part as she dressed up in a pair of distressed denim shorts with a pink vest top and multi-coloured tinsel jacket and silver heel boots.
She pulled her hair up into bunches, with one tipped blue and the other pink, and did her make up just like the character's.
In a boomerang video, Holly points Harley Quinn's signature hammer at the camera.
Sharing it online, she said: "Halloween on @celebjuiceofficial ... this Thursday @itv2 10pm... Back in the Harley Quinn"

The latest episode of Celebrity Juice saw Holly channel her inner diva.
Under host Keith Lemon's instruction, Holly ended up shouting at an old lady who was wearing the same outfit as her before stealing away her zimmerframe and throwing it away.
