Holly Willoughby shared a cute throwback snap of her and her dad for Father's Day yesterday, but fans could only say how much her dad looked like Simon Cowell.
Holly, 39, shared a photo of herself as a small child being hugged by her dad, who wears aviator sunglasses and has an impressive moustache.
Mum-of-three Holly captioned the picture on Instagram and said: "Happy Father’s Day... love you Daddy."
But his hair and tight grey t-shirt had many followers pointing out the similarities between her dad and Simon Cowell - reports Mirror Online.
And people also suggested he looked like 80s TV star Tom Selleck, especially when playing telly detective, Magnum P.I.

Before Father's Day, Holly thought she would enjoy the sunshine that has dominated the lockdown period but in typical British fashion, as soon as the barbecue was lit, the rain began to fall.
Not perturbed though, Holly stayed outside with her husband Dan and her children, as she got a mac on so that the burgers and sausages could be cooked as previously planned.

Sharing the moment with her followers on Instagram, Holly posted a selfie of her with BBQ tools in hand.
She captioned the gorgeous selfie with: "Classic British BBQ for lunch today... not even the rain could dampen our spirits."
