Holly Willoughby fans 'need' her latest look as she reveals favourite rituals

Holly Willoughby has left many of her fans asking the same question after sharing her favourite rituals.

The This Morning star revealed the intimate details on her new lifestyle website, Wylde Moon.

Her new venture explores topics from "beauty and fashion, to energy and healing".

Holly announced the “very personal project” on Instagram, and will accompany the website with a podcast series, By The Light of the Moon.

And a recent post to Wylde Moon's Instagram page has caught fans eyes.

It shows Holly looking relaxed as she takes part in a meditation exercise which is known as a Sound Bath.

With her hair tied back, the make-up free star appeared casual in a pair of black leggings and a white T-shirt.

The caption featured a quote from Holly, 40, which read: "I have things in my own hypothetical toolkit, like meditation and sound baths, that really work for me.

"I really think it’s all about finding what works for you, whether that’s going for a run, talking to a friend, or dancing around the kitchen in your pants with a margarita in your hand…"

But fans wanted to know more about her attired - particularly the simple tee which features the words 'More Joy'.

"I need that t-shirt," one follower commented.

Another said: "Where is your t-shirt from? I need it!"

"Neeeeeeeeed this tee in my life," a third echoed.

Holly said she was inspired to create Wylde Moon while co-hosting I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in Australia in 2018 as she explored the world of alternative therapies, including meditation and sound baths.

She said that with the help of a kinesiologist she started to "unlock pieces of myself" and decided she didn't want to stop what she'd learnt when she returned back to England.
