Holly Willoughby enjoys boozy day out with Nicole Appleton as she sings about 'being hungover'

Holly Willoughby let her hair down as she enjoyed a boozy day out with the girls. This Morning presenter Holly made the most of her weekend as she headed out with pals Nicole Appleton and Shiarra Bell.

Holly, 41, gleefully sang in the car with All Saints singer Nicole and Shiarra, head of artist relations and talent at Universal Music. They each took a line in a jokey song about being hungover and harmonised together.

The band Haim previously sang the song in the back of a limo on their way to the Oscars singing and their TikTok video went viral. 'I'm gonna be hungover, I'm gonna be hungover, I'm gonna drink a bunch of different drinks and I'm gonna be hungover!" they sang.

Mum-of-three Holly wore her blonde tresses in loose waves around her face. She tagged her friends and Haim in on the video shared on her Instagram.

Nicole and Shiarra also shared photos of the trio smiling together with a cocktail on Instagram Stories. And Shiarra posted a comical video of herself and Nicole using a magnified eyes and wide mouth filter miming along with the Destiny's Child song Say My Name.

Holly was left squirming in her seat and viewers left feeling 'sick' after an 'enormous' unexpected guest appeared in the This Morning studio last week. The presenter was hosting Thursday's edition (April 21) of the programme alongside Phillip Schofield when terror struck.

The pair had been chatting to Lindsay Clark who went viral over the Easter weekend thanks to a video of her getting stuck behind sofa for around 10 minutes was posted on social media when ''the most enormous spider" appeared.

"It's really big," Holly insisted before asking: "Can we put a glass over it and let it free outside somewhere? Who’s brave enough? No one?" She then let out a screech as a hand appeared with a piece of paper to try and whisk the spider away.

The spider bounced away from the hands of the crew member and Holly begged the This Morning staff behind the camera: "Can you just make it go that way?" as she did a shooing motion with her hand.

"We're transmitting this," Phillip remarked before Holly shouted: "Got it!" as the unexpected guest was finally captured under a glass.

Sighing, Phillip added: "Well done. Never a dull moment." And Holly still sat sheepishly with her arms crossed.
