Holly Willoughby details 'constant struggle' after offering 'best advice' to her fans

Holly Willoughby has spoken about 'constant struggle' after offering the 'best advice' to her fans. For those who don't know, away from hosting shows such as This Morning and Dancing on Ice, the presenter has her own business, Wylde Moon.

She launched the lifestyle brand, which explores topics from "beauty and fashion to energy and healing" but also features its own boutique where Holly has launched perfumes, candles, diffusers, and even a sparkling 12-piece jewellery collection alongside Kirstie Le Marque, back in 2021.

And as part of her business, Holly, 42, sends out weekly newsletters where she sits down and pens a message to her subscribers. In this week's message, the mum-of-three told readers that she'd suffered a bit of a 'blank' when it came to putting pen to paper - or fingers to keyboard - when she prepared to send her latest newsletter.

"Did anyone else feel the Full Moon really strongly this month? No matter how many times people claim it’s nonsense, I defy anyone to say they didn’t feel last week’s build of energy as everything came to a head," Holly started her note. "Pretty much everyone I’ve spoken to recently seems to have had a really intense end to the week, and it’s only now that things are starting to calm down, that I feel like both my feet are on the ground again.

"I’ll be honest, when I sat down to write to you this week, I drew a complete blank. Usually, something crosses my path that I can’t wait to tell you about, but this weekend I had nothing!"

She then added: "Just when I started to beat myself up over it, something reminded me to cut myself some slack. This plate-spinning syndrome is exactly what we’ve been talking about lately – the constant pressure to do to it all, all of the time."

It comes after Holly was praised for sharing some sound advice with followers of her brand. Over on Wylde Moon's Instagram page, a photo of the TV favourite appeared with a quote. It read: "The best advice I've ever been given is that if you're doing something where you're not trying to be someone, or something else, and if what you're doing is totally you, and totally true, then it can't be wrong.

"I really like that." The post was shared with the caption: "Well said @hollywilloughby." And fans were quick to respond to the post. @cocoadelicious01 said: "So true. Take action from a place of inspiration rather than ego."

@beautywillsxx replied: "She has the best advice xx." @donnawalker6362022 commented: "Love this." @debllewellyn68 posted: "Best advice. So true." @jules_hopkinson52 shared: "That is the best way to be." @cedarthrill typed: "Love holly, heart of gold. Gr8 advice." @marcuslidgbird added: "Too right gorgeous! Xx."
