This Morning's Holly Willoughby draws shocked intakes of breath from the Celebrity Juice audience as she roasts an old lady in a new clip from tonight's show.
Host Keith Lemon puts team captain Holly on the spot when he gives her a scenario and asks how she'd deal with it for a point to her team.
"You're going to the VIP launch of a new restaurant," Keith, wearing his trademark hat and a vest top of a man's torso, tells Holly, "And someone else has got your outfit on."
He asks the audience "We all know about that pain, don't we?" before laughing "Well I don't 'cos no one's ever got what I'm wearing."
"How you gonna deal with it?" he asks Holly, before bringing on an old lady, leaning on a zimmer frame, rocking the same jumper and skirt combo.
Holly cries: "I can't do this!"
Love Island's Maura Higgins is on hand with words of encouragement: "Holly, we need a point!"
An ashen-faced Holly turns to the lady and says: "Can I just apologise for what I'm about to do?"
Holly composes herself and, in her sweetest voice, teases: "Oh my god, we're wearing the same outfit! I'm amazed they do it in your size!"
The audience gasps as Holly cringes and Keith cackles to himself.
She repeats herself, and the old lady starts to tear up.
Keith keeps chuckling and mocks her with his best Holly impression: "Hello, I'm Holly Willoughby, welcome to This Morning."
Holly adds insult to injury by telling the old lady to go away, before throwing her zimmerframe across the stage.
"Push her over!" Keith demands as Holly gives her a peacemaking hug.
Mel B was also on the panel, a team captain now that Paddy McGuiness has left the role.
It will also be Maura's first ever appearance on the show, ahead of her spot on Dancing On Ice, expected to hit telly screens early next year.
Holly's not the only star on the show to have flexed her diva muscles recently, as Diva Forever Gemma Collins herself will be showing her face.
