Holly Willoughby burst into tears live on This Morning today as she spoke to a dementia patient who played the piano.
Paul Harvey and his son Nick were on the show after they went viral as Paul is able to play beautiful piano pieces when given four random notes.
The 80-year-old has dementia but is still able to create stunning music that has now been used by the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra for a charity single to raise money for the Alzhiemer's Society and Music for Dementia.
As Holly and her co host Phillip Schofield listened to Paul play, the host burst into tears and apologised as she ducked down under the table to grab some tissues.
"It was a great honour that they were involved," Paul said of the musicians who helped out with the charity single.
"Every time I hear that arrangement was done by them, I well up a bit, I get a bit emotional, it's a very special arrangement."
"So does Holly - we've lost her again!" exclaimed Phil as Holly sobbed.
"I am so embarrassed i don't know what's happened, it just won't stop! Sorry.
"That's alright, that's okay!" Phil comforted her.
"I am going to get my box of tissues, hold on!" said Holly as she ducked down.
Paul played once more live on the show, and the studio erupted into appaluse.
"That was beautiful, well done," said Holly
Paul and Nick said they are incredibly close, and that their shared love of music is a huge aspect of their relationship.
"If he is having one of his bad days, nothing is more healing than music, with dad," said Nick.
