Holly Willoughby beams as she escapes lockdown for crisp autumn walk

Stunning Holly Willoughby has escaped the house for a stroll in the fresh air as England reels in the second day of the country’s lockdown.

The This Morning presenter, 39, looked radiant as she stepped out for a walk in the crisp autumn weather on Friday.

Holly beamed while she snapped a selfie on her wander in the glorious November sunshine.

The telly personality went make-up free to show off her natural beauty and soak up as much vitamin D as she could.

She kept the chill off with a thick black hooded puffer jacker and bright blue cashmere hat.

In the snap posted to her 6.9million adoring followers on Instagram, a gorgeous river and fluffy clouds could be seen behind her as she popped her earphones in for her stroll in the countryside.

Holly flashed her pearly whites at the camera and her eyes could just been seen smiling into the lens through her new Coral Eyewear sunglasses.

She captioned the snap: “Topping up on Vit D in the white light…”

The star then went on to thank her pal BT Sport Football host Jake Humphrey for gifting her the new sunnies, revealing they’re made from materials that are kind to the environment.

She gratefully wrote: "Thanks @jakehumphrey for my beautiful @coraleyewear love them!

"Made from recycled plastic and rescued fishing nets keeping our oceans cleaner... great idea!" followed by fish, Earth and wave emojis.

Pal Jake responded to the star’s snap as she showcased her new brown rimmed glasses.

He gushed in the comments: "Ah, you look amazing. I believe the amount of plastic the eyewear industry use is outdated, and unacceptable.

"Sunglasses from waste plastic is a no-brainier!!!!! Thanks SO much for helping us drive change for good Hols. Love ya xxxxxxxxx."

Her pal Abbey Clancy echoed the sentiment, writing: "Gorgeous Holl," followed by a series of heart emojis.

The stunning snap came just hours after Holly’s stunning new Marks and Spencer Christmas campaign launched.

She looked beautiful and Christmas-ready more than a month early as she got in the festive spirit for the launch of her latest campaign with the high street giant as it dropped on Friday.

Her festive display saw her pose in a selection of the garments that are available to fans this year.
