Holly Willoughby baffles Freeze the Fear viewers as fashion sense likened to Willy Wonka

The 41-year-old hosts the new BBC show with comedian Lee Mack, as they oversee celebrities - including Gabby Logan, Professor Green and Tamzin Outhwaite - who undertake a series of freezing challenges, inspired by Wim Hof.

However, during one episode of the show, Holly’s unusual accessories irked some viewers, who took to Twitter to voice their confusion over her outfit being inspired by Johnny Depp’s portrayal of the fictional chocolate factory owner.

“Seriously....what am i watching.....Holly's bad impression of a jonny Depp as willy wonka , and people jumping in cold water ...jeeeez #FreezeTheFear,” one tweeted.
