Holly Willoughby has made a rather surprising admission regarding her food favourites.
The This Morning presenter, 39, was left feeling 'physically sick' after being forced to imagine eating her most hated food item by Paul McKenna on the daytime show.
Disgusted Holly was seeking help from the expert in a bid to kill her never-ending cravings for chocolate.
While the entire world is currently housebound, it's only natural that individuals will be snacking on more food than usual thanks to being confined so close to the fridge and stocked up cupboards.

While many viewers admitted to running back and forth to the fridge to take bites from chunks of cheese, Holly insisted that her guilty food pleasure was a lot less calorific than that.
The blonde beauty is obsessed with chocolate, and finds it difficult to go an entire day without indulging in a square or two.
Luckily for her, Paul encouraged Holly to imagine that her sweet treat was being swished around in mouth alongside her least favourite.

As a result, Holly was left feeling physically sick at the thought of eating tinned tuna - a food which 'turns her stomach'.
The presenter, 39, revealed that the fishy smell makes her gag, and she can get a waft of it from miles away thanks to her hatred for the common cupboard neccessity.
World-famous hypnotist Paul, 57, said: "So think of tuna, and then chocolate, think of them together, chewing chocolate and tuna, chocolate and tuna, chocolate and tuna. Now swallow."

After the 'hypnotising', Holly insisted that she felt unable to swallow the imaginary chocolate and tuna combination.
It wasn't long before fans rushed to share their disbelief in relation to Holly's culinary admission.
"Who doesn't like tinned tuna? What the hell? That means she has never tried a baked potato with tuna and sweetcorn" tweeted one baffled fan.

"Holly Willoughby doesn't like tuna. In that case, I don't like her. haha" quipped another.
While a third echoed: "How can someone not like tuna? It's the best kind of fish there is!".
"My husband is literally making a tuna sandwich as you are talking and my mouth is watering" shared a fourth.

Holly's admission comes after the star has been keeping busy in the kitchen during the coronavirus lockdown.
Inspired by TV chef Phil Vickery, the 39-year-old This Morning presenter proudly debuted an impressive loaf of bread in a picture she posted to Instagram after baking it at home.

Her kitchen challenge came just hours after the mum-of-three revealed that she had been feeling 'desperately sad' during the pandemic.
Holly captioned the post: "Wow... thank you @chefphilvickery I did it!! Kids can’t believe it... much fun had by everyone... now the best bit... yum! Xxx #thismorning #bakeoff."
In the picture the blonde bombshell beamed as she held a tasty-looking white homemade loaf.
