Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield risk hangovers alongside ITV morning gang

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have famously hosted This Morning on a hangover more than once.

The presenting duo have even been known to turn up at the studio in last night's clothes, without any sleep and clutching their award after a night of celebrating.

But they might not be the only ones suffering in the morning.

The best pals are at the TV Choice Awards in London tonight.

And joining them at the bash are Good Morning Britain hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid , and Lorraine host Lorraine Kelly .

The gang all have an early start tomorrow, which means they could have a hard day of hosting ahead of them.

Piers and Susanna are due to kick off ITV's morning telly with GMB at 6am.

Lorraine is up next at 8.30am, and Holly and Phil are due on the This Morning sofa at 10.30am.

They were all dressed up for the showbiz bash, which is said to be notoriously boozy.

Piers wore a sharp suit while Susanna showed off her enviable pins in a deep blue gown.

Meanwhile, Lorraine dazzled on the red carpet in a long-sleeved silver gown with a deep plunging neckline.

Phil opted for a checked suit and shirt, while Holly revealed her long legs in a cute floral mini dress and strappy heels.

Holly and Phil once famously crashed on the sofa following their win at the National Television Awards.

Piers and Susanna (PA)

They left This Morning viewers stunned in 2016 when they turned up for work in their awards outfits and admitted they were still a little drunk from the night before.

Holly then hinted it could happen all over again in 2019, revealing in an episode that she "doesn't trust herself" not to get drunk and pull an all-nighter.

She told Phil: "I just said I want to go to the NTAs tonight but not with me. I'm an idiot and I don't trust myself. I'll get giddy and have fun and not want to go home."
