Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield 'haven't changed a bit' in 10 Year Challenge post

This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby have taken part in the viral 10 year challenge – and fans were surprised at how little they’d changed in almost a decade on air.

The 10 year challenge, which sees social media users post a throwback photo of themselves in 2009 next to a picture from this year, has been taken on by a host of celebrities, including Reese Witherspoon, Miley Cyrus, Jameela Jamil and Romeo Beckham.

The ITV presenting partners decided to get in on the fun today, when the official This Morning Twitter account posted a nostalgic promotional still of the pair alongside a more up to date shot.

Aside from a slight shift in hair colour for both hosts, the difference between the two images was negligible.

“They haven’t changed a bit!” the caption read.

Twitter users quickly voiced their disbelief at how similar the two images were, despite being taken approximately ten years apart.

“Blimey they haven’t aged at all!!! Still love @Schofe today… loved him since cbbc days,” one long-term fan wrote.

“No you’re right Holly is still gorgeous,” another added.

Others suggested that the pair might even be improving with age, with one commenter writing: “Phil looks exactly the same & Holly but she’s getting more & more hot [sic] by the year.”

Holly and Phil can't their lines right on This Morning

“Holly looks better now and Phil’s just more distinguished every year,” said another commenter, echoing that sentiment.

Schofield has been presenting This Morning since 2002, but wasn’t paired up with Willoughby until September 2009, when she replaced Fern Britton.

The much-loved duo can also currently be seen on ITV’s Dancing on Ice.
