Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield forced into ad break after losing it on This Morning

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield completely lost it on Monday's This Morning - forcing them into an ad break.

The presenting duo are not stranger to a lengthy giggling fit so today's comes as no surprise.

Holly and Phil were presenting a segment on a seal rescue with the show's resident vet, Dr Scott.

All was going well until Dr Scott said: "Oh wow he's having a wee on live TV," as the seal lay on its back in background of the shot.

"They always do, they always do," Holly declared as the camera zoomed in to get a closer shot of the seal.

"Oh let's zoom in....marvellous," Phillip exclaimed. "Give the animal some dignity...back off! Back off!"

Holly, Phil and Scott then all collapsed into laughter, unable to control themselves.

Through cries of laughter, Holly managed to say: "Thank you. They always do this don't they? Always."

Phil then added: "It is what happens with us and animals.

"Next up, still to come, from using vinegar to get your shower sparkling clean to cleaning your mirrors with shaving foam..."

But they still couldn't hold it together as Phil threw his hands to his mouth and had to stop talking.

The pair continued to move uncomfortably on the sofa as they let out some rather strange noises as they struggled to breathe due to their hysterics.

"Go away," Holly shouted before Phil eventually managed to gasp: "After the break."

And viewers found it just as hysterical.

"The Seal having a wee on live TV has made my morning," wrote one.

Another said: "As if they’ve just zoomed in on the seal having a wee" alongside multiple crying laughing emojis.

"OMG @hollywills laugh even sounds like a seals!!! lol @thismorning #ThisMorning @Schofe," a fourth added.

Ah This Morning, never change!
