Holly declared how she 'wanted a wee' as she and Phil chatted through James' choux pastry demonstration.
While James kept his composure, fans at home suspected foul play.

Many suggested Holly and Phil, along with Lorraine Kelly in an earlier segment, could be taking part in a Saturday Night Takeaway prank.
Mina tweeted: "Somethings telling me they’re getting controlled by Ant and Dec in their ears for the show Saturday cause why they acting so weird."
Louise tweeted: "Holly and Phil defo have Ant and Dec in their ears."
Toni wrote: "If Ant and Dec were in Holly and Phil’s ear on #ThisMorning! I want to see James being told it was a prank because it really was uncomfortable to see James trying to stay calm during his segment."
Abbie added: "Holly and Phil on this morning are killing me @antanddec in their ears?"
And Lisa said: "Either Ant and Dec are involved or Holly and Phil are steaming!"
Earlier on ITV fans were convinced Lorraine was doing the Ant and Dec earpiece challenge when she interviewed KSI.
During the segment, Lorraine yawned, shouted random words, said that she had a cramp in her leg and that a mouse was running about in the studio.
