This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were left in a state of disbelief after resident health expert Dr Sara Kayat revealed she'd given birth in the bath!
Dr Sara returned to the show from home after the birth of her son Harris looking absolutely glowing but revealed to Holly and Phillip that her birth didn't exactly go to plan.
While admitting she was planning to have a water birth, Dr Sara shocked the presenting pair when she said that it actually happened in her own bath after her baby boy arrived.
Sara then explained that no midwife was present and her husband had to catch the baby as she gave birth.
Sara told them: "I always wanted a water birth, but I hadn't quite expected it to be in my bath...with no midwife present at that point!"
"My poor husband had to catch the baby as it was ejecting out. So that's quite a story!"
A stunned Phillip reacted: "IN THE BATH?!" before Sara revealed that the final stages of her labour only lasted for two hours.
Viewers at home were also surprised but one tweeted to say she'd had a similar experience, tweeting: "Congratulations @sara_kayat... this happened to me n my baby boy, he arrived 5 weeks early in my downstairs toilet n was delivered by myself while husband was on the phone to the triage team and ambulance was on its way. They arrived 10 minutes after he was born."
