A teacher at one of Britain’s leading state schools has been jailed for four and a half years after admitting multiple charges of sexually abusing a pupil.
Paul Danby, 35, molested the pupil and forced her into sexual activity in the grounds of Holland Park School between March 2014 and July 2015.
At a hearing at Isleworth crown court last month he admitted four counts of sexual activity with a child, and two counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
Danby was placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely and was barred from ever working with children again.
“Outstanding”: Holland Park School underwent an £80 million rebuild which finished in 2012, making it Britain’s most expensive state school.
