Holiday firm James Villas is adding 600 new properties to its Majorca programme – with prices ranging from just £175.
The villa specialist already has 300 properties on the holiday island available to book online and plans to double that in the coming weeks - the largest expansion in its 35-year history.
The new properties will provide customer options in areas away from traditional beach holiday resorts, such as Alcudia, Palma Nova, Magaluf and Cala D'Or.
Properties will be made available in rural towns such as Valledemossa, Arta, Capdepera and Felanitx. There are also more villas available in the northern town of Pollensa - one of the most popular places for villa holidays.
Andreas Nau, managing director, James Villas, said: “The expansion in our Majorca product is a really exciting development – many of the additions are traditional fincas in areas that lie a little off the beaten path, with spacious footprints and large private gardens in a more rural setting.
“They’re a great option for those travelling post-Covid looking for privacy and space, as well as an opportunity to discover somewhere new.”
Prices for villas start from £175 for a seven-night stay for villa-only.
The extra Majorca properties will increase the size of James Villas’ portfolio to more than 3,500 options across the Mediterranean, in the Caribbean and also the USA.
