While Giorgio's offers a starter of Gravlax on Rosti, second mains option of Pan seared Seabass fillet with prawns and vegetable saffron risotto and Panettone Trifle with apricot ricotta afters, Riverside grill starters with Chili, lime and ginger Barbecued Octopus Salad, Oven-baked Seabass fillet with balsamic reduction and mains option with Brandy sauced Christmas pudding dessert.
The celebrations continue at Feast restaurant with the Christmas Eve Grand Buffet Dinner, with Carving Corner serving up highlights Roast beef striploin, Turkey with trimmings and Salmon puff pastry.
Feast also plays host the family-friendly Christmas Day Buffet Brunch with seasonal specialties like Honey glazed Virginia Ham, Prime Rib, Carved Turkey with trimmings, Maine Lobster Thermidor and Marinated Leg of Lamb.
Both buffet events are brimming with enticing premium extras like fresh seafood, imported cheeses, sushi, salads, hot dishes, Thai favourites and much, much more, while Christmas-y desserts abound: there's the do-not-miss-it Stolen Bread, Christmas log cake and the absolute best milk-chocolate Brownie Cake we have ever tasted. Adding a welcome touch of local flavour to countdown night festivities, our award-winning Thai restaurant Thara Thong has prepared a Royal Cuisine Thai set menu, with a traditional-and-fusion menu featuring Seafood soup, Salmon mango salad and mains options 150-day Australian striploin in Panang sauce or grilled Maine lobster. Don't miss the hard-to-find Mah Haw ("galloping horse"), a savoury-sweet delicacy made with palm sugar, peanuts and minced chicken.
