Four children were run over after a car veered off a main road and mounted the kerb during a shocking hit-and-run.
Graphic footage shows the kids, aged 12 and 13, standing with their bikes on a driveway when a black car suddenly changes direction and ploughs into them and a nearby car.
The children are sent flying through the air, and then the driver frantically reverses into the road - with a bike stuck to its front bumper - before beeping twice and speeding off.
Following the crash at around 6.30pm in Stoneham, Massachusetts, police released the footage in a bid to track down the car.
Incredibly the youngsters escaped largely unscathed - with two treated at the scene by paramedics and the others taken to hospital with minor injuries.
One of them, Julia Cabral, told ABC 12 : "It was a lot of impact all in one, and then I just remember seeing the headlights and trying to get away.”
His mother Jenn branded the hit-and-run "unfathomable", adding: "I don’t know how you can hit a parked car, two bicycles and four children and just drive away."
