'History of video games' event coming to Edinburgh's Ocean Terminal

Fancy trying your hand at retro video game classics like Mortal Kombat, Space Invaders and House of the Dead?

An event at Leith's Ocean Terminal will have  some of the finest arcade games on offer in an all-you-can-lay event, along with legendary console titles from days gone by.

Expect the likes of Crash Bandicoot, Mario and Sonic at the History of Video Games event from Future Artists Edinburgh,

The six-day event takes place between April 16 and 22, with tickets £11 for adults and £6.50 for children.

For the first time they will have Super Smash Brothers on a big screen, as well as Red Dead Redemption 2.

Organisers say: "Open daily, with a massive collection of retro and vintage arcade machine classics, consoles, handhelds and special video game guest stars (Super Smash Brothers and Red Dead Redemption 2)

"Just in time for the school holidays and after work fun! the event is for family's, friends and gamers of all ages..."
