One of Bothwell Street's most iconic buildings is up for sale at offers over £3million.
Property firm JLL has announced the Grade-A listed building is now up for grabs.
Built in 1849, the site currently occupies a prominent corner location on one of Glasgow’s busiest spots and was previously home to Abbey National, and more recently, Santander.
It's even had a starring role in someone of Hollywood's biggest blockbusters.
Back in 2017, the Benedict Cumberbatch filmed Sky Atlantic series Patrick Melrose in and around Bothwell Street and St Vincent Street.
Hollywood has a love affair with the city, shooting a host of big-budget movies on location over the years.
Mike Buchan, Lead Director, Glasgow at JLL, said: “This is an exceptional property, with a strong tenant base, which has been a permanent fixture in the heart of Glasgow’s business district for over 170 years.
"It is a unique opportunity to purchase such a high profile building and we expect interest to be shown from a range of perspective buyers who see the potential in the site.
“Its central location makes it an attractive office investment or redevelopment for a variety of uses.”
Then the following year, The Fast and the Furious spin-off Hobbs and Shaw tore up the streets with epic car chases.
