SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday reported 834 Covid-19 cases and 2 deaths while 1,002 positive patients have also recovered in the state.
One death each has been reported from Shimla and Kangra districts. The state has total 30,12,14 confirmed positive cases of which 5402 cases are active, 291646 patients have recovered while 4146 patients have died.
So far total 4810686 persons have been tested for Covid-19 till date of which 4508753 persons have been tested negative. Since 7 pm on Monday, total 6147 samples were tested in the state and results of 719 samples are awaited.
Positive cases reported include 59 from Bilaspur district, 41 from Chamba district, 95 from Hamirpur district, 180 from Kangra district, 10 from Kinnaur district, 26 from Kullu district, 2 from Lahaul-Spiti district, 143 from Mandi district, 170 from Shimla district, 9 from Sirmaur district, 63 from Solan district and 36 from Una district.
