Himachal Pradesh: Landslide at Jeori blocks Shimla-Kinnaur highway

SHIMLA: A massive landslide at Jeori in Shimla district blocked National Highway-5 (Shimla-Kinnaur highway) on Monday morning.

According to the state disaster management authority, the landslide occurred near Jeori area of Rampur sub division in Shimla district at around 9am due to which NH-5 was blocked. The district administration has deployed SDM-Rampur and a police team to assess the situation.
