There’s nothing better than a nap, whether it’s a quick cat nap for an energy boost or one that accidentally lasts a few hours.
However, when you’re out and about, there aren’t many convenient places to take a quick nap - but thanks to DoubleTree by Hilton that’s about to change.
To celebrate the clocks going forward on Sunday, March 31, the hotel chain is launching ‘nap rooms’ across the UK, according to the Mirror .

The concept allows guests to book a nap room for an hour, and the hotel will even provide a signature DoubleTree cookie and a glass of milk to encourage your sleepy mood.
The rooms are available for one day only, on Monday, April 1 between 12pm and 3pm.

This is not the first time the hotel chain has offered up nap rooms, having offered the same experience last year - and they sold out quickly.
The bad news is the nap rooms aren’t available in Liverpool this time around, but hopefully they will be introduced here very soon.
‘Nap rooms’ will be available in London, Southampton, Oxford, Cheltenham, Cambridge, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
