Hilton is to hire 1,400 workers across the UK as well as open four new hotels this year.
The announcement comes amid a boom in staycations as international travel continues to be restricted by the coronavirus pandemic.
Hilton says it has already employed nearly 1,000 new workers since hospitality was able to reopen to holidaymakers in England on May 17.
Before this date, hotels were only allowed to stay open for those visiting for business reasons.
The four new hotels Hilton will open this year include Canopy by Hilton London City, The Samuel Ryder Hotel St Albans, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Hilton Woking.

Hilton will post all its new job vacancies on its online portal.
Julie Baker, UK vice president of operations at Hilton, said: “Whether you’re looking for better flexibility, career progression or want to embrace something completely new, a career at Hilton can offer a real world of opportunity.
“Our team members sit at the very heart of our business, so we’re focussed on creating the best environment where our team members can truly thrive.”
Its employment drive comes after Hilton Worldwide Holdings reported net income of £92.3million as leisure activities started to return.
In total, revenues hit £938million between April and June and operating income reached £161million.
This is compared to a $302million (£217million) operating loss during the same period in 2020, and a net loss of £311million.
Hilton was founded in 1919 in the US by businessman Conrad Hilton. There are currently 167 Hilton hotels in the UK.
