Anne viewers were outraged as the extent of the injustice was laid bare in tonight's episode.
The four-part series follows Anne Williams' relentless pursuit to uncover the truth after her 15-year-old son Kevin was one of the 97 victims unlawfully killed in the Hillsborough disaster.
The original coroner decided the inquest should only investigate the tragic events on April 15, 1989 until 3.15pm, but Anne always rejected this cut-off time.

The second episode chronicled the activist's efforts to challenge the cut-off time as it showed the conversation she had with police constable Debra Martin who told her Kevin died in her arms at 4pm.
Anne also uncovered footage in the episode which showed Kevin was still alive at 3.36pm and interviewed a fellow Liverpool FC fan who helped care for her son after 3.15pm.
However, Monday's edition also documented how the High Court rejected an initial application for judicial review in 1993 and revealed how 42 ambulances were denied access to the ground.
Viewers following the show on Twitter were left outraged about what Anne Williams had to endure in her pursuit of justice.
