Hilary Duff proudly flaunted her toned abs after committing to a dieting plan during lockdown.
The 32-year-old actress slipped into a tiny print bikini to show off her hard work while also praising her celebrity diet coach for his weight loss plan.
In the sizzling snap, that she shared with her 15.3 million Instagram followers, Hilary pulled a sultry look while taking the picture in her mirror.
The blonde bombshell opted for a half up hair-do and added a pair of oval shades to cover her eyes.
Hilary also wore several pieces of delicate jewellery as she modelled her strapless bikini.
The stunning mum of two also pointed out that she was even able to enjoy wine and chocolate as part of her diet plan.
"Linda Linda Linda, I’ve still been counting my macros with my man @theflexible.dieting.coach and it’s truly helped me stay lean even while eating bread, chocolate, and wine!" Hilary wrote.
"I also love my @novobodyofficial fam and grateful I have found what works for me.
"I know it’s extra hard to keep up and find normalcy in quarantine but I truly hope you make at least 30 mins a day for yourself to stay connected."
Hilary also urged her fans to do things that make them feel good, regardless of what that involves.
She concluded: "do whatever feels good for you even if it’s not food or fitness related!"
The post was quickly flooded with compliments as fans rushed to share their love in the comment section.

Hilary's sizzling snap came after the actress hilariously mocked Kanye West after he announced he was running for President of the United States.
In July, the Lizzie McGuire actress slammed US citizens that were ignoring social distancing before finishing her jibe with a hilarious dig, writing: "Oh and I’m running for President."
