A Glasgow man has found an interesting way to keep fit while the country is on lockdown.
The man, who Twitter has dubbed 'Tesco fury' was spotted in his back garden practising his boxing technique on a plastic bag hanging on a washing line.
A video taken by the amateur boxer's neighbour has had Twitter in stitches as he jabs the bag but skillfully manages to dodge it swinging back and hitting him.
Viewers have been squeezing every pun out of the situation from 'every little skelps' to 'he's fighting a carrier'.
One Twitter user warned: "It's a bag for life mate, take it easy, it'll never last that pace."
The hilarious video has been viewed more than 20,000 times scared on various social media accounts.
