Just as the college basketball transfer portal has been plenty active since the end of the season, 53 Division I programs have made (or will make) coaching hires for 2019.
But it turns out that the secret to building a college basketball program is pretty simple. All you need to do is listen to the coaches themselves. It’s all about the culture. What culture exactly? The kind of culture that wins basketball games. That’s the good culture.
