A mum-to-be got more that she bargained for when her unborn baby appeared to 'flip the finger' during her ultrasound scan.
Lauren Brown, 22, couldn't believe it when a midwife handed her a picture from her 19 week scan at Babybond ultrasound centre in Aberdeen this week.
The hilarious snap, shows what looks like Lauren and partner Chey Manson's baby girl putting her finger up in the womb.
Lauren, a carer from Lerwick, Shetland Islands, told the Record: "When I first saw the photo I laughed and shouted on Chey to come have a look.
"We wondered how the midwife never noticed it because I noticed it straight away.
"She’s already a right character."
Lauren and Chey, who works for a business services firm, can't wait for their little bundle of joy to arrive in April next year.
