Hilarious moment trampoline is blown down street during Storm Dennis

This is the hilarious moment a trampoline is blown down a street by winds during Storm Dennis.

Captured on CCTV by a homeowner in the West Midlands, the trampoline can be seen comically rolling down the street in the early hours of Monday morning (February 17).

Ben Cartwright, who lives near Dudley, posted the video of the rogue trampoline, which appears to get thrown into the air over a garden fence by strong winds.

Tasting freedom, the bounce-based toy then makes its escape down the road, sneakily passing through the neighbourhood before getting stopped by a parked car.

Over the weekend, Storm Dennis lashed the country, with 90mph winds and delivering more than a month's worth of rain in 48 hours in some areas.

Now, in the wake of Storm Dennis, the Met Office has issued further yellow weather warnings for rain which will hammer pockets of the country beginning in the middle of the week.

The weather warning, issued for north-west and south Wales, will come into effect at 6pm on Wednesday and last until 3pm on Thursday as another Atlantic storm system moves over the UK.

The Met Office has even issued warnings for snow and ice, which is expected to hit parts of the UK from 6pm tonight, the Mirror Online reports.

Speaking about the windswept trampoline, Ben wrote on Twitter: "Storm Dennis does not like our trampoline..."
