Hilarious footage shows moment seven confused sheep emerge from South Dublin home to 'cut the grass'

This is the moment a gaggle of sheep wander out of a home in South Dublin to "cut the grass" in the front garden.

The seven sheep are spotted waddling out of the home in Rathfarnham - where they've become very well-known - to get to work on Sunday afternoon.

Pamela Laird - the Dublin entrepreneur behind the beauty brand Moxi Loves, and a former contestant on BBC's The Apprentice - posted the footage on her Twitter account as she reacted in total bewilderment.

The two women incredulously are caught counting sheep in the afternoon as more and more emerge from just in front of the garage.

Amazingly, this is not the first time the sheep have been spotted in the area.

In fact, if one commenter is to be believed, they have risen to the status of local legends.

"They are here every year, I thought they were gone," Louise Tighe replied.

"I've seen them in that garden before, pretty sure they just cut the grass!

"First time I saw them I thought I'd over done the caffeine!"

Another commenter chimed in saying it was good to see some "environmentally friendly lawn mowers" in the community.

A third broke out the pun gun, saying "Things are looking baaaad" - we'll let you be the judge of that one.
