Highly-rated Hearts teenager Harry Stone heads out loan as club tease 'good news' about shot-stopper

Highly-rated young Hearts 'keeper Harry Stone has joined Stirling Albion on a short-term, emergency loan deal.

However the Jambos have teased that there is "more good news" on the way so far as the teenage shot-stopper is concerned.

Hearts say Stone "is considered one of the top goalkeeping prospects in the country".

The 19-year-old has been with the Tynecastle club for the last five years, but is now being sent out to gain some first-team experience ahead of his breakthrough in Gorgie.

With Craig Gordon back, his playing time would likely be restricted for now, however those at the club have high hopes he could nail down that number one spot in the future.

So, about that "good news". A new Hearts contract perhaps? We'll let you know as soon as we have confirmation.
