It clearly wasn’t a beauty pageant for the Ohio State football team on Saturday in Lincoln, but when the calendar flips to November, sometimes you have to win ugly in the Big Ten. That’s exactly what the Buckeyes did by finding a way to outlast the Nebraska Cornhuskers 26-17 Saturday afternoon.
It was an interesting and somewhat curious game where OSU got outgained on the ground and threw the ball 54 times. Woody Hayes just rolled his eyes in Buckeye heaven.
