A Highland accountancy group has acquired ADHOC HR to strengthen its offering to its UK client base for an undisclosed sum.
Muir of Ord-based ADHOC HR joins Mackay & Co group, which has offices in the Highlands, Argyll and Aberdeenshire following its acquisition.
The Mackay & Co group consists of Mackay & Co CA, the north of Scotland’s chartered accountants; GHRL, its business consultancy division; and now ADHOC HR.
ADHOC HR will bring more than 40 years of combined HR experience to the Mackay & Co group as it strengthens its consultancy offerings.
ADHOC HR, will continue to trade under the same name, was established in 2017 by director Colin McAndrew, who has previously worked in senior HR roles for Amazon, Honeywell, GE and Global Energy Group.
For the past four years he has been using his expertise to support small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in the north of Scotland.
