A teenager is fighting for his life in hospital after being stabbed in a broad daylight attack in north London.
Police and paramedics were scrambled to Broadlands Close, Highgate, at 4pm on Wednesday.
A Met Police spokesman said a victim, believed to be 16, was found suffering stab injuries.
"He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital," he added.
"His condition has been assessed as life-threatening."
No arrests have been made and police have launched an investigation.
A crime scene has been put in place.
