A Liverpool-favourite retailer is due to take over the unit formerly home to HMV in Liverpool ONE.
Popular high street brand New Look is making another move within the shopping complex after relocating to a small unit back in May.
At the time Liverpool ONE’s New Look store closed suddenly , with only signs in the window confirming that it had moved to the Upper Level on South John Street.

The signs in the windows of the Paradise Street store said: “We’re moving, Liverpool. This store will be closing, but from the 14th May you can find us on the Upper Level, South John Street.
“For now, shop online at newlook.com or on our app. Follow our store’s social for exciting updates.”
Now, Liverpool ONE has confirmed that New Look will once again relocate - into the former HMV.
HMV made the decision to close its Liverpool ONE store in July , but quickly confirmed that it would open a huge new store in Williamson Square, which opened on July 20.
New Look’s smaller store on South John Street has now been confirmed at a temporary unit as it awaits refurbishment on its new home.
The new flagship store on South John Street is set to launch in autumn 2021 and will be stocked with New Look’s signature trend-led pieces at accessible prices, in an inclusive range of fits and sizes.
From activewear to occasion wear, the store plans to offer New Look’s extensive womenswear collections, alongside its 915 collection for children and teenagers.
A spokesperson for New Look said: “Our new Liverpool ONE store is in a key location for our customers in the region. While the retail landscape continues to evolve, we believe a high-quality store experience will always be crucial to our success.
“We are pleased to be strengthening New Look’s offering at Liverpool ONE from this new location and look forward to welcoming customers from autumn.”
Signs are now in place outside the new New Look store in Liverpool ONE, which say: "See you soon, Liverpool ONE. Until then, why not visit out store just opposite, newlook.com or shop on our app."
An official opening date has yet to be announced.
