SHIMLA: Investigation in the police recruitment examination paper leak case has revealed that oragnised gangs from Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana linked to each other have roped their agents in the printing presses of Northern India from where they managed to leak the question papers days before the examination and then sell it to candidates with the help of agents and coaching centres.

Himachal Pradesh DGP Sanjay Kundu said that as the paper leak is emerging as the big organised crime in country, there is need to have a printing press at government level having foolproof arrangements and this issue has already been brought into the notice of central agencies.
