High rise flats in Cranhill taped off as police attend 'ongoing incident' in Glasgow

Police have taped off a high rise block of flats amid an ‘ongoing incident’ in Glasgow .

Officers were spotted on Soutra Place, in the Cranhill area of the city on Thursday evening.

A number of police vehicles remain at the scene while cops can be seen surrounding a block of flats.

A spokesman for Police Scotland confirmed they were in attendance at an 'ongoing incident' in Soutra Place.

They said officers were first called at 4.15pm but would not release any more information.
