Rangers target Jens Hjerto-Dahl admitted he could have played his last game for Tromso.
The Norwegian talent missed a penalty as his side crashed to a 1-0 defeat in the Europa League to Czech side Hradec Kralove at home.
Rangers have reportedly had a £5.3 million bid rejected for the midfielder, with reports Cardiff City have pushed ahead in the race to sign the 20-year-old because they are prepared to meet Tromso's £8 million asking price.

And Hjerto-Dahl hinted he may be gone before the second leg. He said: "If this was my last game, I hope I have done other things apart from that penalty miss that people will remember.
"If something happens, all the information will come out, but right now I have to keep my focus on Tromso. I will contribute as long as I can, and I'm already looking forward to the return leg next week.
"I hope I can play in that. Hopefully I have done other things at the club that will stay in fans' minds.
"I hit a bad penalty, but these things happen."
