Bristol's premier shopping district will be left with yet another vacant unit after this weekend.
Following the departure of LK Bennett and Michael Kors from Quakers Friars last month, Gant on the same row of shops is also closing for good.
This means it will be the third major retailer in the area to shut in less than two months when it closes on April 28 - a worrying spate which further highlights the struggles of the high street.
The outgoing store is next to Fat Face and next to that is the former Cath Kidston and Bristol Sport shop, which lies vacant.

A Gant spokesperson said business is thriving elsewhere, despite this closure.
She said: "The store in Bristol never performed at its anticipated level.
"As a business we constantly review performance of our stores and will then act accordingly.
"If there had been a more suitable location available in Bristol we would have considered remaining in the city.

"There are no plans to close any more stores at this time, in fact we have a new Scottish flagship store opening in May in Glasgow where we have doubled our space and have plans for a new London store in the near future.
"Bristol residents can of course still shop with GANT online.
"All staff have either taken up other roles locally or been deployed across the rest of the GANT retail estate."

There is currently 20 per cent off everything in store before Sunday's closure.
Bristol Live has approached Cabot Circus for a comment and is awaiting a response.
