Liverpool's recruitment team tends to stay out of the limelight as much as they possibly can, but have undoubtedly been a crucial part of the club's push for silverware over the last few years.
Under Jurgen Klopp and Fenway Sports Group, a modern approach to recruitment has taken shape, with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Naby Keita all unearthed through their methods.
Tim Waskett, who has been at Liverpool since 2012 when he was brought to Anfield as part of the modernisation of the club's strategy, is an astrophysicist tasked with using mathematics and data to analyse both transfer targets and upcoming opponents.
Waskett, a key member of the backroom team, broke his silence in January to explain what his role is with the Reds in-depth, and has done so again now the Premier League title has been confirmed.

He took to Twitter to send a message of congratulations, calling the Premier League title win an 'amazing achievement'.
Liverpool's players still have seven matches to play this season, in which they will look to break several records.
They could yet become the team with the most points collected in a single campaign, with the current record, set by Manchester City in 2017/18, standing at 100. The Reds need just 15 more points to beat that tally.
That record, plus the Champions League and Premier League trophies that have been collected in the last two seasons, would not have been possible without the work of Waskett and co behind the scenes.
