One of the highlight's of Leith's cultural calendar is back, as the Hidden Door festival returns with four days of music, art and street food.
The festival begins on Thursday, May 30 and runs until Sunday, June 2 at the magnificent Leith Theatre venue.
The non-profit festival is going for a shorter format this year before the "full festival" returns in 2020.
As well as the gigs, parts of the venue will be transformed into fascinating art exhibitions.
Creative director David Martin said: "Hidden Door wants to make a difference to Edinburgh – we want to play a part in making sure the people who live in this city have the chance to experience some of the very best, most exciting, and beautiful music of today, right on their doorstep, in a venue worthy of the city.
"That’s why we are putting on this weekender and continuing our work to make the Leith Theatre fulfil its potential."
