Hibs v Livingston kick-off time changed as midweek Premiership clash is brought forward

The kick-off time for Hibs’ home game against Livingston has been brought forward at the request of both clubs.

Jack Ross’ side remain on course for a third place finish in the Scottish Premiership and are seven points clear of Aberdeen with five games remaining.

The Lions travel to Easter Road on Wednesday 21 April but the game will now get underway at 6pm rather than the originally scheduled time of 7.45pm.

The two faced each other at the Tony Macaroni two weeks ago prior to the recent international break.

The points were shared after Christian Doidge canceled out Craig Sibbald’s opener.

Livi’s last visit to Leith was a fruitful one as they ran out 3-0 winners back on 2 January,

It was a modicum of revenge for their early season drubbing at the hands of Hibs who ran riot in West Lothian, cruising to a 4-1 victory thanks in large part to Kevin Nisbet’s hat-trick.

David Martindale’s side retain hopes of catching Aberdeen in fourth and are five points behind the Dons.

The midweek clash is one of three post-split home games for the Hibees.

As well as hosting Livi, St Johnstone are the visitors at the beginning of May before they end the campaign at home to Celtic.
