Jamie Murphy eased Hibernian into the last eight of the Betfred Cup with a 1-0 win over Dundee at Easter Road.
A brilliant turn and pass from Kevin Nisbet sent the winger on his way to dispatch beyond Jack Hamilton into the far corner for the only goal of the game.
It was not a match heavy on opportunities, but Hibs took theirs when it came to reach the competition's quarter-final stage.

Relatively solid, but a few passes went astray.

Excellent again, made a superb block to stop Christie Elliott getting a shot away in the second half and tackling was generally spot on.

Looked a threat when one on one with his pace and struck the post, albeit unintentionally.

Maybe slightly unfortunate to be subbed five minutes into the second half.

Very calm in possession but almost caught out on a few occasions.

A class above again, took his goal brilliantly.

Put himself about and caused a bit of mayhem in the Dundee defence, but could really do with a goal.
