Josh Doig is missing from the squad after picking up a knock, while Kyle Magennis drops to the bench.
Lewis Stevenson and Alex Gogic come into the starting XI in their place as Hibs field a strong side against the Lions.
Hibs could secure a vital three points tonight as they look to win the race to third spot in the Premiership. Livi have been struggling since the turn of the year and Ross will expect his men to come out on top.
Aberdeen are four points behind the Edinburgh club, but are up against it as they host Celtic later on this evening.
