Hibs team news v St Johnstone revealed as Jack Ross suffers Kevin Nisbet blow

Hibs boss Jack Ross has named his team to face St Johnstone in the Scottish Premiership.

After their penalty shootout win over Motherwell last weekend, Ross has went with pretty much the same team.

He's still without Chris Cadden who suffered a fractured back in training and will miss the rest of the season.

But he has made two changes to the team as he brings back Ofir Marciano between the sticks.

Matt Macey deputised last week in the Scottish Cup but drops back to the bench this week with Marciano reclaiming the No. 1 spot.

It's the usual defence in front of them with the back three of Paul McGinn, Ryan Porteous and Paul Hanlon, with Martin Boyle and Josh Doig as the wing backs.

The midfield three of Joe Newell, Jackson Irvine and Alex Gogic continues, despite the Cypriot's red card last weekend.

He'll miss the semi-final against Dundee United but he's back in for this one.

The other change sees Kevin Nisbet miss out he's replaced by Drey Wright and while Jamie Murphy returned to training this week, he doesn't make a welcome return to the Hibs bench.

Hibs team: Marciano, Hanlon, Porteous, McGinn, Doig, Gogic, Irvine, Newell, Wright, Boyle, Doidge

Subs: Macey, Gray, Magennis, Stevenson, Hallberg, McGregor, Bradley
