Hibs team news: Jamie Gullan set for first start as Jack Ross makes two changes

Jamie Gullan is set for his first Hibs start after being named in the side to face Aberdeen this afternoon.

Gullan and Steven Whittaker come in for Stephane Omeonga and Marc McNulty.

McNulty misses out as he serves the first of a two match ban for stamping on Sean Clare during Tuesday's Edinburgh derby.

The Hibs team is as follows: Marciano, McGinn, Jackson, Hanlon, Boyle, Whittaker, Docherty, Stevenson, Allan, Gullan, Doidge.

The subs are: Bogdan, Gray, McGregor, Hallberg, Omeonga, Horgan, Murray.

Jack Ross will be looking for his Hibs side to recover quickly from the midweek defeat to Hearts, and put in a strong performance against what is one of their direct opponents for Europe.

The manager said in the lead up to the Aberdeen match that he and his players were targeting European qualification, but conceded "things need to fall our way as we're not in the box seat".
